Energy balances delivered digitally, in the comfort of your own home. It is a simple, secure process where your ease and well-being are the highest priority.
During the balance, you may expect:
• to remain fully clothed, warm and comfortable
• to be seated or lying down in a relaxed, comfortable position
• some physical movement / correction points to be held
• discussion around mental/emotional stress points
The process is conversational, covering your concerns, desired outcomes and specific areas of stagnant energy. You may be guided to hold particular points on the body as part of the correction process.
After the balance, you may feel tired or energised, depending upon your unique process. It is always a good idea to ensure an hour or two of quiet time after a balance. A post-balance nap is ideal!

Each Balance is about 1 hour in duration.
The initial balance is usually 1.5 hours.
Each human being is unique (and very precious to the Creator). Kinesiology methodology will achieve balance in the best and quickest method, in the energy field of the individual.
After the energy balance, some people may find another balance is needed within weeks or days, while others may not require another session for months.
This is the remarkable signature process of Kinesiology, allowing specific custom treatment sequences for each unique human being (or animal).
A good question. There are times when the result or outcome will last a lifetime and there are other times when the issue will re-appear after a few days, a week or months.
In our daily lives, we tend to encounter different types of stress and it is usually a particular stress factor which triggers the trauma of the original event.
Kinesiology balances bring deep insight, knowledge, and understanding regarding our specific stress factors. After a few balances, it becomes easier to recognise the things that trigger our stress response. Our level of AWARENESS increases.
With this new awareness, it becomes easier to observe innermost thoughts, actions and reactions. Ultimately, this new sense of personal observation, significantly improves our ability to choose, rather than act/react by default.
The power of making new and different choices and decisions, despite the same environmental stress factors, brings about a terrific sense of self-empowerment. We regain control over our emotions and this can be life-changing.
